Giada De Laurentiis – ~$20 million
Giada De Laurentiis is another celebrity chef whose ubiquitous presence on television has made her a household name. The Italian-born Giada earned a university degree in social anthropology from UCLA in the late 90’s. However, she dreamt of being a pastry chef and flew to Paris to attend the cooking school, Le Cordon Bleu. She then moved back to L.A. where she worked in kitchens before making a name for herself as a food stylist. This got her noticed by the Food Network and she was soon headlining her own shows, including Everyday Italian and Giada at Home. She also showcases her skill in Italian cooking in her various cookbooks.
