Mike Colameco – ~$10 million

Mike Colameco’s start in the culinary industry was a humble one. As a teen, he worked as a busboy, which later encouraged him to attend cooking school at the Culinary Institute of America. From there, he worked his way up the kitchen pecking order, eventually working in notable New York City restaurants like Windows on the World and The Ritz Carlton until starting his own, The Globe. He’s kept himself busy through the years, publishing articles on several magazines, as well as hosting several successful shows both on TV and radio, including his Real Food series.
