In the Australian food scene, Shannon Bennett has a reputation of being a true rock star. He is the famed head chef and owner of the Vue de Monde chain of restaurants in Australia. He is a classmate and close friend of fellow Australian celebrity chef Curtis Stone and is married to Australian actress, Madeleine West.
